Part number for F350 ('11-'15) rear suspension block?

Anyone have the part number for the 3-5/8" tall F350 ('11-'15) factory rear block that supposedly exists? Went to the local Ford parts house and the diagram they pulled up showed the same part number for the F250 and the F350, which is the 1-7/8" block I already have. I want to pick the ass end of my truck up some, and it would be a nice easy swap to throw in the 3-5/8" F350 block if I can find a couple. Anyone know if that block is tapered or not? If so, what's the pitch? Thanks.

Any 05+ F350 block will work.

Went to Russell & Smith yesterday and found the part number per their system is the same for the 250 and the 350. 450 is actually the same height as well, but slightly different part number. Trying to find out what part number is for the 3-5/8" block. I'll post in Sunrise Ford section as suggested by sootie. Thanks.
