I peeled both. Only reason I still have running boards is because I don't wanna pay for Amps.

Peel them off. The best part is when some jackass pulls up alongside and thinks you are driving a gasser.

I like the way that looks Texasbred. I partially want to keep the steps so people don't always have to slide over the seats to get in and out.

Thanks. The steps I'm still debating on. I want Amps and got spoiled with them on my F150. The good thing is that the steps are easy to throw back on. And I'm usually passenger free.

Yes definitely would like a set of amps as well! Yeah that's true! Maybe I'll give it a try to see how it looks.

Amps are one of my favorite purchases. My Platty 150 had them and I can't believe ford didn't have them on the Platty 250

Yeah not sure haha. But I'm happy with mine now.

No worries guys. There are Amp steps on the 2017 Super Duty's

Ol'dude that works for ford, at the fair, told me that "only the Platinum trucks will be getting the power steps". The f150s that way too?

Amps are nice but they don't protect the paint as well as the current factory style steps.

I'd rather have a rock chip than those hideous giant factory steps.

Hey now, if you don't have amps, without any steps, you slide off the seats. Premature wear id rather not have..

Plus running steps and if you drive on a wet dirt road. Dirt doesn't get under the doors.

Regardless of anyone's preference, these are pretty cool. As long as they come with the shown accessories.
