I have an 04 f250 6.0, build date is October 1st 2003. Recent work done to the truck: new engine wiring harness, new fuel injector wiring harness, 4 new injectors driver side, new oil cooler, new IPR, new FICM half shell, new ICP, coolant filter upgrade, Blue Spring fuel upgrade. I am having a no start issue. Conditions: HPOP 600 + psi on cranking, duty cycle 25 to 30%. I have replaced the FICM relay and check the logic power fuse both are good. I am getting codes u0105 and u0306. Upon key on sometimes i get injector chatter and it will crank but soon dies then no chatter and no crank. Please help!#!!!!!!!

Update: charged batterys, replaced altanater, get truck started and running, pcm is only partially talking to scanner sometimes. i get colant temp but no engine oil temp, i get batt voltage, but no ficm main power, logic power, i get rev and trans temp but no fan speed. And the throttle is very strange, it is almost impossible to hold a set rpm. I fluctuates alot! I did turn off and restart a few times. Then took for a test drive. Ran ok with a strange lope at idle.
Any ideas??????

I understand your pain.. I have a few ideas but they're strictly ideas. PCM is possible. Why was the engine harness replaced? Could be a missed plug somewhere. Grab a flashlight and check it out completely. And don't throw parts at it. It's a waste usually.

I have double and triple checked all connections, and it was replaced for 2 reasons. First their was 2 areas where the stud clips broke and the harness rubbed on intake studes, exposed and shorted glow plug connection, oil dummy sensor, manifold psi, and fan, i was going to repair it but i was replacing the oil cooler and had just decided to replace it.

The ficm is showing 48 volts with key off, then turn it on and still reads 48 volts with no chatter, fuel pump comes on, vacuum pump comes on but no injectors. While cranking 48 volts, no start! 500+ hpop 25+ duty cycle 12.8 battery

If its reading 48v key off there is something ***ked wiring wise. You cant have 48v with no voltage going to the ficm for it to step up. The way the power supply works, is its a transformer. It needs the 12v to be able to step up to 48v.

Exactly, i also have 12 volts on pin 9 in the 12 connector that is key power to ficm, but it is not showing that threw the obd connection. There for do you think it is pcm? Is pcm connected directly to obd under the dash?
