Powermax vs Turbo Thruster II

Got a 2000 7.3 powerstroke 6 speed manual. adding t500 pump, full force diesel stage 1 injectors, and dp tuner. Which turbo would best fit this setup? comparison between the two such as egts, spool up, durability?

Im thinking that's what he means by powermax. Ive seen the 38r's advertised somewhere as a "powermax", can't remember where.

Powermax and 38r are the same thing... Get the powermax and be done

ok it sounds like the powermax (38r) is favored over the turbo thruster II. But can i get reasons of why? anyone tried both? how will it spool with full force diesel stage 1's say on a dp tuner 80hp econo tune? thanks

It's ball bearing it will spool Great.

The 38R will be great with stock injectors all the way up to stage 3's. The 38R has more whistle, if your ok with that. I have them in stock if your interested!
