great thing about tube chassis and fiberglass is you just make it fit lol

but it will fit in there just fine. only thing will be the injection pump sticking out on top

So how much reinforcement is needed on the current chassis setup to support the 7.3 and the torque that'll be pushed out of it?

If it's a good double rail chassis, none. There no way that a 7.3 is going to put out more hp/tq than the big mountain motor big blocks and I'm guessing the weight will be comparable as well.


Bitching build. Like to see what numbers it will put down.

The owner before the one I got it from had a 6 sec turbo set up running over 200mph LOL

weighed 2150 with an iron big block in it with a powerglide no driver

we want to keep it as close to 2800 race weight as we can.
