We have ran type f, LAT performance synthetic, LE 1150 synthetic atf, and now we have some amsoil synthetic compressor oil that is known to work with these convertors.

We have been running Mobil 1 0-20w motor oil. But no lock up clutch. The motor oil seems to take a lot of heat. I've heard good things about the compressor oil, it will take a lot of heat, with out braking down.

Just need our spacer for our torque convertor and it will be ready to run. Updates in the piston rings, breather set up and torque convertor. Everything mechanical on the car has been touched. Hoping for a full power pass. Currently have the lenco out inspecting the clutches.

We havnt seen the full Potential of ether set up yet so it's hard to say. Dan schied wants to see compounds back on the car but that was when we were considering a clutch. Single is so much easier on things.

Went to the track this past weekend with a new turbo set up and managed 148mph in the 1/8th mile. Convertor is still too loose off the line and 60' suffered resulting in a 5.33 1/8th mile ET. 148 is 4.80 range with a 1.20 60' like we have done before. Boost braces started to rip out so that's the only pass we got. Will head bsck out Friday.

148mph is right where I need to be for a chance at setting records in prostock class.
