Pull the fuel lines out of the heads. That fitting between the line and the head is a one way valve. Pull the fitting out and you can remove the fitting and bore it out a little bit.
Replace the gasket on the fuel line. You can buy the gasket or you can simply cut a small slice of fuel line and use it. Also inspect those lines really good. The one that runs down the passenger side of the valley goes through a clamp under the Glow plug relay. It likes to rub a hole in the line right there. PITA to get to with the motor in the truck.
