Okay I got a new ICP sensor and am going to install it this weekend. As for the purple gromit Ford does not sell it alone. Can I use something else to make the sensor waterproof? Like just dielectric grease?

Where are you located? I have an old icp wiring pigtail that has the grommet on it still (presumably). If you pay the shipping you can just have it.

Probably don't need the sensor, just change the pigtail. Take PSDEng up on his deal. Until ti gets there, yiou can just zip tie or bailing wire the connector to the sensor.

Ok ended up fixing it by replacing the ICP Sensor. PSDEng I am sending you a PM.
