Random shutoff

I have been chasing a random shutoff issue for some time now I'll be driving down the road and the computer will reset and cause truck to shutoff. Then it started to idle and run rough so I went ahead and replaced cps fixed for short time then began to happen again rook the chip off no shutoff so far but I went out and got auto enginuity and here's my findings.

I kno I may need some new injectors or uvch but what else should I check?

That p0232 could be causing it. Typically indicates the fuel pump is going open.

Check your main engine harness on the drivers side near the large connector on top of the valve cover. The truck side often rubs on the valve cover and leads to wires shorting out. This can cause pcm to reset and kill truck while driving. Look close and repair any suspect spots properly.
I use a piece of tubing wrapped around the harness in this area to prevent any repeat issues.

I have an airdog 2 4G and I'm not very mechanical but I'm trying to figure out what I can so excuse my stupidity but what does that mean and how could I fix it lol? Goin open as in a bad ground?

Nevermind. Didnt see the air dog part. That code sets when the fuel pump goes electrically open, which if you have the air dog, it is most likely wired straight to the battery and the factory pump is un plugged which would set that code. My bad man.

whats fuel pressure at when it dies or idle is rough?

those are some weird codes, 'ICP higher then desired engine off' ??

Yes it is wired directly to battery.

It has always maintained psi however this morning when I turn the key on engine off the pump sounds like it's not running right but it still holds 60 psi.

Also just changed the ipr harness and erased codes and that icp code dident come back yet.

Check your icp sensor for oil in the connector and check the wiring pigtail and see how the wiring looks.
It was replaced about 2 years ago and it's clean monitored pressures and seems to be ok.

After removing tunes and resetting this is all that came back

Do you stil have the issue without the tunes?
I took them off and have not had one reset since however my fuel pump sounded pretty weak this morning with them off gonna check all in line fuses and connections later.

Update no codes with hydra off ran almost 2 weeks no problems reinstall hydra this morning problems and codes in first hour. Take off the chip codes gone drive around no problems throw on old ts for testing no problems with it eithier.... so problem must lie in the hydra.

Check the pins in the pcm, may have worn thru them or something causing issues.
It's just wierd that the ts would be fine but not the hydra I did just clean the pins with electrical parts cleaner tho just to be sure and they all looked fine.
