rattler tuner?

Just found a black box with RATTLER embossed into its side. No pic but its under dash and wired into the harness somehow. I suspected it had a chip or tuner because it runs better than any stocker Ive driven. Curious as to its generation and power. Can I still chip it or do I need to remove this 1st?

never have heard of that could be some type of icp mod, should be able to add a chip no problem. find out what it is hooked to
