rear shackle flip

has anyone on here done this to there truck? I was looking into adding a bigger block or full springs but then found this idea. It looks like you can use all the factory parts to get this done, a little grinding and so on. I am looking at adding 2 inches to the rear of my truck.

I looked into the sky kit for the rear and it will give 4.5 inches of lift and I dont think my exhaust will work with this. Will it?

Any info on this?

I had a buddy of mine do it on his 02 just flipped the shackles on the rear from side to side and it added about 3" of lift...yes it's possible.
