Replace ficm?

Ive still got my stock 48v ficm. Start up and normal running around it stays at 49v to 48.5v but the last 2 weeks ive caught it bumping down o 47v for a few seconds then back up one drop o 46.5 but most of the time it does hold 49 should i replace it or wait?

No, it's fine. Ford says 45V and above. I wouldn't worry about it until it gets way below that and you start having starting/running issues.
