They mount into the existing mount. So yes, you need to have the factory mount to mount these.

On the truck or at night?

I have a pic of them on the truck. I don't have any at night though. They're definitely bright though!

Its like a pencil beam. I have some in my truck I'll take a pic tonight. They're close together though. But at least you can see how tight the pattern is. The plus of this is the light stays in your lane and doesn't really blind oncoming traffic.


Best bet of course is the DOT approved fogs.
