Running rough/smoke???

Truck just started acting up again and could use some help. In the spring I had both heads replaced and new arps installed due to a bad casting in the head which was pouring coolant into one of the cylinders. Now I'm here, less than 20k miles later and I'm having similar symptoms... white smoke at start and sounds like it has a miss. After it warms up some, 5-10 min, it all goes away. Possible injector going bad? 2012 f250, 2015 turbo, ******d and straight piped. Will try to upload video shortly.

Also, two months ago the water pump was replaced. Since then I toped the coolant off two days after, about half a gallon. (Air pocket most likely). Since then it has slowly dropped maybe an inch on the main degas bottle. Checked the oil today and it was halfway on the dipstick. So a quart low? Exhaust smelled more so of fuel, possibly oil. Thanks in advanced for any help!

That's kinda what I was leaning to but it's 7 month old towmax. Possible though. Other than that it could be oil leaking threw the valves.

So it's in the 20's here now where I live and my 2016 does the same thing and runs real rough when I start it in the morn for first few secs. I thought it was normal because after few mins runs normal like summer time. So this is bad?
