Running rough

Buddy's bone stock 96 running rough. Local shop put a Snap On scanner on it and said he needed to change his UVCHs. He came over last night with a set and we swapped them. Didn't fix anything. Ideas?

Hopefully you changed the VC gasket(s) too? Make sure the IPR solenoid coil nut is tight. Cheers!
