sct tuner qvuestion

I have an sct x4 and have the options
Load first
Tow
Street
Race
So is load first an actual tune or just something I load first then choose one of the other 3.
I am a computer idiot so don't bash me too hard

1 Load first
2 pick your tune.
3 change tunes as you see fit

load first and after you loaded that pick any tune you want and you may switch from tune to tune without doing the load first file again. clear?
