Shaking Trans?

So, while driving and the accelerator pressed at any rate the truck starts to shake pretty bad. But once I take my foot off it and let the truck go into a coast the shake goes away. I'm thinking it may be something to do with the trans. Any suggestions?

U joint? I would look everywhere else on the driveline before suspecting the trans. Usually it's simple like a u joint. I would check drive shafts,u joints, carrier bearing, rear dif, even the u joints on front axle.

Check drive lines. Any u joint with play I would replace. Also give the carrier bearing a shake as well. Does the shake increase with engine rpm or road speed

My truck does the same thing. When I am at low RPM's cruising anywhere from 30mph-40mph my truck starts to shake and it stops when I let off. Also it does it really bad when my tank is empty. You can barely feel it shake when the tank is full.
