slow start

sometimes when the truck is hot i'll get a slow start, it always starts and cranks normal it's just slow to start. i just got a scan gauge 2 and when it starts some times my ipr hits 82% only for a second. when it starts normal it only comes up to 30-40%. what are some possible causes and things to check? truck is a 2003.

slow to start as in...slow cranking? or an extended crank time?

neither, it cranks at normal speed and starts to start in only a few revolution. when it starts it takes a few revolutions get up to idle, my ipr would hit over 80% and icp would read as high as 2000psi witch seems really high. i'm not sure if it is sensor/regulator or a pump issue. I might just do all three as PM, with the truck being 10 years old and 130k, but I would rather diagnose it and save some money.
