Nice. Curious why you still have the vaccuum tank, I dumped mine long ago, with no I'll effects. Manual lockouts, not auto hubs.

Heat and air only from the defrost vents. Unless of course you made the doors manual operation.

In theory I would think the heat and air would still work just hooked to the the vacuum pump with out the tank.

My heater controls work just fine. I didn't delete the vaccuum pump.

I've turned a unknown grade of titanium alloy before and it cut like butter. Wasn't susceptible to work hardening (that I could tell) and gumming up like 300 series SS.
