Stereo problems. OEM NAV Stereo Upgrade

Bought an OEM NAV Stereo off someone but when I installed it, the speakers are really quiet at max volume not sure what I need. Did some research and found a amp bypass but not sure if it will fix the problem. Any suggestions??
