Mine also. Everybody forgets about these little relays. Bet it is the same one Ford put in there 11 years ago. I carry a couple of spares with me all the time.

In a pinch, you can swap the blower relay with the PCM relay.

So, I just wanted to update this. Truck been running fine the last month and yesterday it did it again. No wait to start light and would not start. So I yanked the chip and it fired up. So...It seems the chip has been the culprit all along. Today I get the SES light that stays on and had it scanned and came up with P0603. Is this just a byproduct of pulling chip?

Scary! I mean its your truck, but you shoukd NEVER mess withbthe chip with batts connected or key in ignition, it can fry your pcm and or chip. And that code can also be thrown from installing/ un installing a chip, but usually people unplug their batts, theyre related.
