Will these have a cut off line? I installed a set of 9000 luminous 360* leds that were given to me this weekend . They have no noticeable cut of line.

H13 2011 F-250 stock housing.

The factory reflector head lamps really do not have a really well defined cutoff like projectors would, they would have a more gradual or blurred cutoff.
The best we can show you would be some photos Jomax shared with us when he beta tested them:

Stock on these for the H13 that fit the 04+ head lamps is moving fast. Those awaiting the 9007 fitment for pre-04 model years, they are on back order and we will update when they are due to arrive in as soon as we know.

Got my fogs today. We could have used them on our trip this week. I'll get some pics up in the dark. So far they look great!

is there a kit available for a 1996 Chev PU.....gasser?

There are as long as it doesn't have the sealed beam head lamps. The composite lamps fit 9006 for the low beam and 9005 for high beam. On those trucks there is a plastic frame that sits behind the head lamp housing that requires some trimming. That allows room for the heat sinks on the LED bulbs so the headlamp housings can mount on the vehicle.
