I'm asking for a friend . I have a 64.5 on my cummins and I love it but I know you can run larger singles on psd's how much of a powerless. Will he be missing out on if He chose a 64.5 over a 66? He's looking at a .88 or .91 housing. He's in a grid lock because he doesn't. Want to regret buying the wrong charger. He has 205/75's daily. Driver / moderate towing

I run a 64.5 sxe with 190/75s and it runs great. Can be a little smoky on the bottom end depending on your driving style but ficm tuning has helped that alot. I was told when i got mine it would flow as much if not a little more than a box 66 but spool faster. Have towed my 12k fifth wheel no problems. It has the .91 housing also. Put down about 620rwhp at the track with it.

its going to depend on what he uses the truck for, there are guys that run the 64., 66, 69.

I will say this we have had customers that went from FMW turbos to sxe turbos and notice better drivability in the sxe line. with the size injectors he has, he can run the 66 with no problems, but it will be a little more laggy then what he is probably use to.

The 364.5SX-E runs good with the .91 housing. If he is looking at quick spool up, there are gate options now for the .88 housing around the $450 mark.

I run a s363sxe with the 68mm turbine - .91 a/r

Very pleased with it. My 225cc injectors can definitely over fuel the turbo but it has GREAT characteristics for daily driving / mild street performance.

Where at for 450$?? I'm thinking about getting a super core 66 and stuffing it in my .70 housing. ( cummins)

No one has really dynoed the 64-66 with the 73mm turbine wheel. I have a 73mm it's not bad on spool. Should my buddy look into a 68 or a 73mm wheel? And who has the best price?
