pulled clutch and flywheel. (sad thing is i didnt take pictres of the new ring gear on the flywheel. Its 4 hours worth of work to remove and install a trans and the ring gear change took all of 10 min..... including cool down time for the ring gear after heating it to put it on the flywheel.)

I found for a glow plug relay if you get a western snow plow relay (56131 or 56131K). It is cheaper and lasts a lot longer. I put on an oem one and it lasted 9 months and the western one lasted the rest of the time I had the truck.

Ill see how it works and if it goes out i will get the western one.

update.
still wainting on my new GPS mail hasnt come yet..

I got the transfer case put back in this morning and now i was doing a little TLC to the interior.

I did a compression test and passed. Highest 400 PSI (which is what i read was the factory spec) and the lowest was 360 psi. thats within the 75% rating from ford. not bad with a truck with 340,000 miles on it!!!!!

it will make you sick when you see how much a dealer pays for the part and how much they sell it for. it use to be real bad, but now the manufacturer dose dummy calls and check prices to make sure dealers aren't over chargeing.

UPDATE!!!!!

Just got into tonight.

Turned out when i installed my injectors i crushed an oring on the second cylinder back on the drivers side and it finally let go allowing it to just dump fuel right into the cylinder.

I installed one of my other injectors just to be safe and new o rings and then ran a compression test on that cylinder and all checked out perfectly.

I got it running and its back to idling perfect and tearing up the road.

Ill get a video of it running tomorrow as classes are canceled due to presidents day!!!!
