goin to be doin head gaskets again on the truck and im adding bd manis and new y pipe and mabey a new turbo 68vgt im thinking i have the mods in my sig atm i was wondering how important it is to add valve spring and push rods
is it really needed

heh no i put them in when they came out and everyone said they where the fix all end all they didnt last long heh

why do you want to get a thumper 1 or 2 are you still running the 190/100? I would stay with stock hpop as long as you can, 205 and up injectors run a bigger hpop, do a stage 2 cam you will love the difference in the truck, do valve spring and push rods also.
