I have a 2012 6.7 I travel all over the country as well usually hauling a fifth wheel camper I haven't had any problems with mine . They have a great suspention its very comfortable for long distance driving and isn't jarring on bumps. I usually hover at 18-20 on the highway and 15-16 in the city averaging 17 combined not babying the truck, you wont regret the purchase.

I would invest in some air bags then for the rear since 6.7s only have 2 leafs on the back and will sag a lot with the camper mine are almost wore out from hauling it around. I usually average 10-11.5 mpg with my 30' fifth wheel doing 75, my truck is a crew cab short bed 4x4 with 3.31s

Ok thanks yeah I was looking into the 331 as well because of all the highway driving and I don't tow anything to heavy how does it tow with the 331 and your camper?

You won't be disappointed with a new 6.7 truck. Although I don't have one, I've been researching them for a while now and the only issues I heard of were some '11s had radiator issues. Of course with all major brands you will have some with issues, but it seems that most of the Ford guys don't have any issues with their trucks at all. I can't wait to get one myself in the next few months. I'm waiting on the release of the '14 trucks!

This is mine 3.55 with a 36 inch tire. Trailer weight is around 18k and it did fine. I'm sure a dually with stock tires and 3.73 would be a better choice but I can't complain and I won't tow this heavy all the time
