tow/haul as a lock-up switch??

I was wondering if a tuner could change the tow/haul into a lock-up switch? Its just an input to the tcm so why couldnt it be changed? That away it could also autounlock on a downshift then relock again after. Just a thought any input?

Ask you could really do is change the tow Haul strategy to basically have all the same shift strategies but command lock up all the time in all gears

I could probably build a tune like that with Mcc, if I get time I'll try it on the regular cab

I have emailed eric about a different trans tune with a lower lock point and he said he can. I had emailed him before I thought of this but I haven't gotten back with him on my serial numbers yet. So I'll ask him about it when I send my info to him. I do like the idea of it not only locking but also maybe change some shift points to more of a race tune as well.

I'd prolly wouldnt do from 0 mph lock. In the cadp dually its set to lock at 8 mph.
