Toyos R/T are by far the best snow tire I have had so far. They clean well and seem to flat out bit.

Got 10 inches so far and I'm sure I can handle another 10 ha.

Plow roads / hard packed they did fine but I was in 4x4 ( only a few roads I take are plowed so far )

Tire I have used - MT atz, Toyo MT, Goodyear fierce attitude, Pitbull rocker.

I am interested in these tires for the new truck. I have run Hankook Dynapros for my last two sets, but their tire sizes don't fit what Im looking for in this truck. Anyone have any real mileage on the new R/T's? How quiet are they, wearing well, and do they handle speed well?

So they have some road noise. Its to be expected, just didn't know how bad it would be. What draws me to them is their weight. They are lighter than most tires when comparing sizes. Less weight, less rolling mass.

I wonder how they compare to a Goodyear Duratrac. Most reports I have read say the Duratrac is the best snow and ice tire. I really hope Toyo releases some more sizes soon. Goodyear doesn't make a Duratrac as large as I want.
