Train horn problems

Hey guys my buddy has a train horn on his cummins and since its on a cummins its broke.
Problem wont work
Getting power to the horn, compressor, and relay....any idea what the problem is?

Is the solenoid sticking ? It will get moisture in the line and stick , especially in cold weather.

Try hooking up the horn to shop air and see if it blows. Then backtrack from there to the compressor outlet hose and pressurize it. Then check if compressor motor runs (not just have voltage).

Hey guys I am in dire need of a wiring diagram for a train horn. the compressor is staying on and it won't shut down when the tank is full.
