I have a leak coming from one of the tranny cooler lines and my question is, I know it's the rubber hose leaking, What size is the hose and is it just hose I need or does it need to have a special end on one side or the other, and how much hose do I need? From where I can tell it's leaking it's just hose clamped on but I can't see the other side. I'm in town now in a diffrence truck and forgot to look before I left for town or i would figure it out on my own but if you have any info I'd be great full. Thanks

What year truck is it?

It looks like you can just replace the line. Cut off a piece of it and take it to the parts store with you. Replace the clamps also.

SD should be 3/8"-- thats what Ive used, but I think that line goes to the cooler and its permanently coupled at the cooler. You'd need to cut back aways, put a 3/8" barb adapter in and add another piece of hose. Those hoses heat age, get brittle and begin to leak at the clamp. Double clamp and clean the tube real well before re-assembly.
