Truck died and won't start

Pulled the plug on the ICP. There is a little oil residue in it, is this bad? It's literally brand new part. Replaced it Friday.

I checked the IPR and cleaned everything and made sure the nuts were tight. Everything checked out. No rubs in the pigtails or anything. Both IPRs were good. I'm gunna hAve if towed to the diesel shop in town tomorrow since I need to get some equipment in the shop. I'll keep the thread posed with what they find.
