truck starts/stalls when cold then revs/surges

Truck is an 03 200k miles, all stock, wen its around 30 degrees out and truck is cold u start it up it starts up fine no missing but will stall right away, might do this twice till it stays runnin, and wen it stays runnin it'll idle at like 1400 and surge from say 1000 to 1400, and it'll jus bounce back and forth till it warms up a bit then it'll calm down and idle normal, all the while it runs perfectly smooth, no missing at all runs down the road perfect. No codes, icp seems good, ficm volts look good, and most everything else looks normal as well... any ideas??

is there oil in the pigtail?


next time it is cold-unplug the sensor prior to starting and see if that changes anything

will do, didnt look oil soaked at all
