truck wont start please help

Hey all, so i tried to start my truck this morning and i turn the key over and nothing. It wont even try to turn over like the batteries are dead. But all my lights and radio and etc go on fine. I tried to jump start it...same thing nothing. I have on idea where to start. If it helps there is about a foot of snow here. Thanks. Any help is appreciated.

Did you measure battery voltage? Do all fuses check good? Does your starter solenoid click?

I know. That I've gont through a few starters on mine and it seems like the most common break was the small wire on back of selinoid. I would trun my key and nothin, so you can check that too

How old are the batteries? Check all your battery cable connections (both ends) to make sure they are clean and tight. Also, you may wnt to have your starter bench-tested. Cheers!

It takes a good set of jumper cables to start a diesel truck FYI. Measureing the voltage would be a good start and load testing the batteries even better.\

i got it i had to readjust my tranny cable and the tranny wasnt in park or neutral when i tried to start it:doh: thanks guys.
