Turbo and injector advice

I am building a rcsb superduty, 7.3 6spd 4x4, I am wanting to be in the 500hp range and I have a pretty good deal set up for a set of 300/200s and a 468, that should get me 500 pretty easy my only concern is will I be able to tow 8-12k with it if I have it turned back? (Yes it is getting valve springs, studs and push rods) any advice or info is appricated

Yes you will still bb able to tow, tuning is the key there though! My tow tune is 525 and I pull heavy every once in a while. I do run the water just to keep the EGT's around 1100*.

And is it true that I should do the studs one at a time and keep the original gaskets? Makes sense just not sure if its a good idea or not

There are lots of reputable tuners and plenty of opinions on all of the options out there. I run Swamps injectors and tuning and have been happy with my results, but wouldn't hesitate to try Tony Wildman, Gear head, and others.

Just curious can 300/200 with a 468 spool as low, DD and tow as well as the BASB with 250/100's. Would the S369 and 200 nozzles get close to the BASB? I love my setup but wonder what the next step would be? Be happy and don't push my luck.

Put a bunch of towing miles on after doing studs like that.
Well over 12k behind me. It'll be fine.
