A .70 housing is getting pretty tight on a 7.3L. Also, I think getting a t3 mount made would be a waste. It has the 71mm turbine wheel so I am assuming its the S366 that originally came with a t4i exhaust housing that was swapped to a t3 by river city. If you can, take the exhaust housing off the turbo and measure the diameter across where the center section of the turbo sits down in the housing. That will determine what exhaust housing you can go with. I recommend a .83 to .91 A/R t4 for stock injectors.

Well for sure a .91 to 1.10 A/R T4 housing with 238's. The way it sits now you will pop that thing in no time with 238/100's and a .70 housing.

I have exhaust housings here ranging from .83 to 1.10 for s300 turbos.

You sound pretty knowledgeable about this stuff, me not so much, so if you can just give me a list of what i need to get to run it to its potential with those 238's

for your truck or turbo?

For Turbo you need a 1.00 a/r t4 housing and t4 mount with plumbing.

For truck you need fuel system from tank sump to heads w/ regulated return

t500, srp1, adrenaline, etc for hpop

head studs recommended

910 valve springs

pushrods

And that about does it...

I think im gonna go with t500 238/100 full force FRx headstuds and valve springs. Then eventually regulated return

And does anyone make that kit or am i gonna have to get it made? from irate or someone?

irate makes a kit, Carson Stauffer makes a kit, and a few other companies too.

A regulated return is 100% needed for 238's to work hands down. The valve springs and head studs can come later.
