I figure they should last until I go t4 later on next year. The truck only has 190k on it. I assume they have already been replaced once

Turbo is off. Took 2.5 hours. Not bad for a first time.

I do have to say I like my results. The truck comes alive now on the bottom end. Just seems to die off above 2800 Rpms or so. But I expect that with tiny injectors and the smaller housing.

Guess you never heard of thermal expansion of the uppipe causing movement between the uppipe and the hard gasket. Everyone else's PSD does this sooner or later.

I used to replace mine every 50K.

A little slow. I have a 97 PSD with Banks IC, turbo, downpipe and gauges. I have been told i can and or should modify my MAP to allow something great. I have been searching the good ole internet and i am more confused. I know where the MAP is and where the line attached to the engine but when i remove the hose, what does it attach to, to make this magic happen.

You need to get a boost fooler that tells the MAP sensor it's only getting a little bit of boost. When it gets over 25 psi it will tell the computer to defuel because of too much boost. It goes in between the manifold and the sensor.
