Turn Signal problem

Well my 08's driver side turn signal light won't flash, park light does work, have checked to make sure no broken or chaffed wiring, swaped the relay's between left and right side in the underhood junction box, checked all fuses and even swapped the sockets from l to r and r to l and still have no flash function. Any one have the same issue or any other ideas I can try?

Does it flash with hazard lights? Maybe grab a meter and check continuity through the switch and through the wiring?

Won't flash with hazzards but rear and mirror signals are still working

and no power going to the plug at all for the left turn signal.
