Turn signals dont tick

Just started the other day. My lights all work and blink like normal but the tick tock sometimes ticks and sometimes wont tock if that makes sense. Is there a flasher or something going out or bad connection? And where are they located thanks.

It sounds like the speaker is going out. The lights work fine. Is there some sort of speaker module somewhere? The seat belt beeper sounds like crap
