2000 7.3 with 183,xxx miles starts kinda rough with white smoke in 70+ degree weather for about 50 secs then it clears any ideas? please dont say piston n rings i will shoot myself. haha GPs work! n r new

smell like fuel or oil?
could be glow plug relay
could be injector orings.

It could also be caused be a leaking injector leaving fuel in the cylinder from a prolonged time sitting.

runs everyday. new stancor GPR putnew number 8injector it doesnt blow smoke on some

i know my dads 7.3 would smoke like a bastard for a minute or two every morning regardless of temp. he replace sticks and it fixed it i was to little to know what was going on. his was def fuel leaking into cylinders.

Its likely the o rings on the injectors or the injectors themselves. Very much doubt its anything that's gonna require tearing deep into the engine. If you pull them to do the o rings with that mileage honestly you should send them off to be gone thru or upgrade if that's in the plans. Whatever size you have planned it can still be tuned to work ok with the current stock setup if that's where you are at with it.

IMO lose the super chip unless maybe PHP can burn a tune to it for ya. So much better tunes out there.
