under hood HVAC removal

I am in the process of tearing down my 6.0 for studs, etc. Does anyone have any tips on taking the hvac unit off of the passenger side firewall.

I know some of the bolts are accessable from behind the glove box. How many and what size?

I've already evac'ed the a/c system and would like to open up as much room as possible.

I just pulled my heater box...pretty sure it was all on the outside. It gave me enough room to get it done. It's been awhile so I don't remember the bolt size.

Ok, thanks. After posting this thread I found some info, 6 nuts behind glove box. 11mm or 7/16 deep socket.

I've already got the lines cracked, may as well open up some more room.

Pull the inner fender out if you haven't already done so.

During reassembly, put the Driver side back together first.

Makes the job a lot more fun to finish doing the easy side last lol.
