Urgent 6.4 help needed!

My 2008 6.4 is fully deleted, etc, etc going down the interstate at 75 and my boost levels are insane. Dash and dashdaq both read 20-23 on flat ground, hit a tiny hill and its at 30+. Floor it and it goes over 50. Spartan 275 tune, why is it over boosting so bad? Thanks

Can you pull up your duty cycle? It seems like your ebp sensor is ok.

yes. Not the desired duty cycle. Just the vgtdc I think its labeled as on the DD.

Does it ever change? It should always be changing.

At idle it should be around 95-97% and at wot it should be around 10%.

Tap the vgt solenoid...my did that last winter and I tapped it and it freed up and was good to go

Also, my truck barks at WOT when it shifts into 5th. Why does that happen? Its never done any of this till I installed 5in exhaust yesterday
