Urgent 6.4 help needed!

Got a good reading finally, when I floor it, it jumps to 80? And than drops to about 25 and stays there and boost jumps way up over 50

Move the actuator arm back and forth too. It should cycle back and forth once when you turn the key on I believe.

It should cycle once. If not then check connections. I'm not sure on testing methods for it

Ya the only thing I ever check is to make sure if you pull it all the way forward that it returns all the way back when you let it go. You can also cycle it through different duty cycles if you have an AE scan tool.

Normally you can hear it cycle we the hood is open, but like halvy said, check for a free range of movement. When I pull mine forward and release it goes all the way back to it's resting position and kinda bounces a bit
