VB or Shift kit? or both?

Im wanting to do either a VB or a shift kit in my 4r100. Any suggestions?

Its one or the other..I'd get a VB built by a expert for your mods..BTS or JW. We sell the BTS VB.

Get the valve body that has been tuned by the pros.
