Warped Hpop Housing?

I have had a really bad oil leak now for a couple months and cannot find it for the life of me. I put all new o-rings and a new gasket between the pump and the reservoir. I finally took it to the dealer to see what they could find and they are trying to tell me the hpop housing is warped and i need to buy a new hpop in order to fix it.

Have any of you guys heard of an hpop housing being warped? And what route would you guys recommend an srp1? Sorry for the long post I'm just very frustrated with this leak. :cursing:

Ask them to show you the deformation. It should be as obvious to you as it is to them.

They can't even tell me exactly where it is coming from they just said it is coming from the housing.

Haha alright. I think i am going to have to just take the time to take it apart myself and figure the stupid thing out.

I agree if the housing is deformed ask them to show you. There are better sources then the deal if you just need a pump.

Maybe its just the gasket I've only ever had luck with Ford gaskets. Everyone I've ever gotten from a parts store leaked on me.
