Water in fuel?

Hey guys I keep getting a wif message come on. The first time if happened was after a 300 mile run so I drained it. 100 miles later it comes back on I drained it again. Now that I'm back home it keeps coming on every 15 miles and I've drained it about 3 times what could be going on

Probably some gunk build up in the seporater, could take it apart and clean it out
