So i have a 97 7.3 with 82000 miles and it makes this exact noise. The gentleman in the video said it was his injector o-rings. I had an injector test done and that turned out good. If I have a bad o-ring somewhere would my injectors be having problems or should I start looking into other problems like a bad rod? Here is the link to the video. Thank you all!!

That video truck sounds like a cackle, as most call it.
His truck has split shot injectors, as well as #8 being different than rest.

Does your noise change with rpm? Get louder with rpm?

Post a vid of yours if you can... be easier to tell you than listening to a completely different truck
