Ordered South Bend 3250 DD and gearhead tunes yesterday.. Installed the tunes today.. Idk what I think of them just yet.. But was for sure not impressed to find out that the mini maxx I purchased from a merchant on here was not MCC unlocked as it was said to be.. So there went an unexpected $199

I bought it months ago.. He had a couple posted on here listed as BNIB UNLOCKED mini maxx race tuners. Come to find out that it was actually a street tuner hacked to run race tunes. I don't have any proof but I know the ad said BNIB mini maxx race tuners UNLOCKED

Today I did the WORST ball joint job ever on my 02. It was a nh truck so naturally rusty, I've been spraying everything with deep creep for a week. I needed a 13/16 gear wrench and hit it with a 12# sledge to break the caliper mount loose. I don't have torches where I am. Then inch and 1/16 3/4 drive breaker bar with a 4" pipe to get upper castle nut off. Axle was easy. Then back to the sledge with the pickle fork thank god I got a good black fork at Napa. All told probably 8 hour tear down tomorrow should be WAY easier. Rant over ..... Ugh

Yup^ Nitto Trail Grapplers. They look a lot meaner with a heavy coat of tire shine like that.:joy: So far, they seem to be a good tire for mixed duties. (towing, fields/wet conditions, and highway driving)

Last night at the shop we installed smoked cab lights and swapped out the stock 4" block for a 5" Readylift block to get rid of the Cali lean my truck had after the front spacers. Sits almost level, a little higher in the rear which is fine. Looks almost stock to me now and when my 4 wheeler or a load is in the back it won't look goofy.
