What is the best way to get 50hp

i got about 90hp from the chip and as for as the trany goes ive got a 6 speed manual. so a sct with a custom tune will do more then the chip.

Start by ditching the chip in favor of an SCT with custom tunes. Then add some fuel, I believe a 175cc injector would be a good start, I'm not sure if a 155 is capable of 500+, I could be wrong though it's been awhile since I've ran that size of injector. Then a powermax for some more air, plenty of people run similar setups and make a reliable 500 hp all day long.

Pmax turbo and a GOGO Stage 1 manifold to your current setup. Add custom SCT tuning and watch the tires roll.

First, what the hell is a van akken chip, and how are you even at that power level with it? That thing has got to be hurting your trans.

First step is lose that and get an SCT with custom tuning, you really can't (shouldn't) do injectors or turbo before that. You have no way of controlling anything with whatever it is you're using.

good advice given, scrap the tune you have-get an SCT with Gearhead tuning. then add a powermax turbo and some bigger injectors. Done.

Still might not be 500rwhp, but should be pretty close. A pmax and 155's should be around 450-465ish right?

I find it very hard to believe it's making an honest 458 rwhp right now, though the FICM tune may be making up for a lot where the other chip is leaving off. Heck, I dyno'd 466rwhp with nothing but eric's x-race tune. That was through stock intake, stock exhaust with cat and muffler in place. I obviously don't believe it though.

Looks like the new dieselsite wicked wheel 2 if I had to guess. You can also try talking to the guys running the MTW turbo's on here, pretty inexpensive upgrade.

Has anyone used the injector kit harrisford was talking about that takes my factory injectors to a 155 or 175. I was thinking i could do that with the wicked wheel(if it will fit) and a sct tune.

That's probably true, my friend was running alky (dirt modified) without any lube in it last year and had a valve stick, minor damage was done. Methanol is a very dry fuel.

I have heard alot of horror stories about nitrous

What horror stories have you heard? I've been around it a fair amount of time and the only issues I've ever heard come from the add'l power, not the nitrous.
