what to do to get 22.5 under truck

ok fellas I have a 2004 ford f350 crewcab long bed 2wd dually I am wanting to put 22.5 wheels under my truck so I was wanting to know what all do I need to do and get to be able to do that any help will be greatly appreciated and pcs also if you have any of a truck like mine with 22.5 under them also names of the best stuff to get to be able to do this to my truck thanks in advance

You will need to get adapters so that the wheels will fit on the truck.Then you you will need to lift the truck so the wheels will clear and not rub.I have 26" American Forces on my 2012 and 03 duallie.I lifted my 2012 3" front 5" rear and my 03 6" both lifts on the trucks are fab techs.My 03 rides really good and is a really smooth ride like my wife's 09 cts.The 2012 rides really good to and neither truck rubs at full turning radius.Here are some pics you can pm me if you have any questions.

Thanks appreciate it.I'm getting ready to do a 2015 conversion on the 03.I forgot to say that the 99-04 adapters are 8x170 and the 05-07 adapters are 8x200 as far as lifts just what ever is your choice.
