I found some procomp 18x9 4.75 bs and -6mm offset. My question is how flush would these sit with my fenders? I don't want them sticking out some in godly amount..

I have 17x9 -12 with 35x12.5 on mine. They stick out about 2 inches. So with a -6 and 12.5 tire you are looking at about 1.75 sticking out. even zero offset will stick out on these trucks with a wide tire. you need to go negative if you want to keep it inside.

depends on the truck also... the late models will stick out as said above, but an early SD has a hub face that's inset about 1.6" so it should be more flush to the body. However, the inside would need to be checked for spring rubbing.
